Dr. Riyadh A. Abbas is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Wasit University, Wasit, Iraq. He received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Al-Mustansiriyah University, Iraq, in 1996, and his M.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communications from Al-Mustansiriyah University in 1999. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of Northampton, UK, in 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and research in electronics and electrical engineering. His research interests include power electronics, FPGA-based systems, embedded systems, wireless communications, and Internet of Things (IoT) systems.
